What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 25 keychains.

How long does production take?

Orders typically ship within 30 days of artwork approval and deposit.

Are there any setup fees?

No. We don't charge setup or artwork fees.

What are the payment terms?

A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.

Are these available for retail?

Yes! Retail orders can include complimentary hang tags with barcodes, making them ready for shelves right out of the box. Just let us know in the notes section when submitting your request.

Can I choose a rope color?

Rope colors are assorted based on availability.

If you have a preference or a specific brand color, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Will my logo work?

Most logos work great on our woven labels. For the best results, we recommend simple, high-contrast artwork. Please note that gradients cannot be reproduced in woven labels. If any adjustments are needed, we'll optimize your logo and send you a mockup for approval before production.
