We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and unworn
• Tags still attached
• In the original packaging
• In the same condition you received it
Items that are worn, damaged, soiled, or altered may be rejected and returned to the customer.
You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns within the United States are subject to a $10 return label and processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns
International returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Upcycled Supply Co does not provide return labels for international returns.
Duties and taxes paid at checkout or collected by customs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Due to limited inventory during product drops, we cannot guarantee exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your order and place a new purchase.
International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
