Upcycled Supply Co orders ship from Southern California, USA.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
Orders under $50 will have flat rate at checkout.
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow additional time during product drops, holidays, or high order volume periods.
International Shipping
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note:
• International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes
• These fees are determined by your country's customs authority
• Upcycled Supply Co does not control or collect these fees
Customers are responsible for paying any duties or import taxes required by their country.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying shipping to have the order reshipped.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Upcycled Supply Co cannot guarantee replacement if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.
We recommend contacting the carrier and filing a claim if this occurs.
